As one of the Manor House double apartments, Bassenthwaite is on the first floor where the accommodation is individually designed to the highest standard, on a split level, with steps down into the lounge/dining room.

The Coach House has three apartments to which dogs are welcome, Cartmel is just one of them, offering double bedded accommodation.

This lovely apartment  - with private terrace - sleeps three and is split level in design on the first floor of the Manor House. The main entrance is through the front door of the Manor House and the apartment door leads into a small hall with the large attractive lounge on the same level, and a staircase leading to the two bedrooms.

Also an apartment within the Manor House, Easedale is a double bedded apartment on the first floor.

Elterwater is a ground floor apartment, with patio, and its own private entrance at the front of the Manor House, with its own designated parking area close by.

The Coach House has three apartments to which dogs are welcome, Fairfield is just one of them, offering double bedded accommodation.

Extended in 2006, this ground floor apartment now offers a double bedroom with adjacent shower and toilet room in addition to the existing en-suite twin bedroom, plus its own terrace.

Although part of the Manor House, Ghyllside, on the ground floor, has it’s own private entrance, the accommodation is for four and is dog friendly, it also offers a large outside patio.

As a ground floor apartment with its own private entrance, Grasmere is a very popular booking for two people.

A view from nearly every room, High Spy is part of the Coach House, on the top floor, and sleeps four, in double and twin bedrooms.

Situated on a quiet terrace  - with outside sitting area - at the rear of the Manor House, Jasmine is a studio apartment in which we allow dogs. The accommodation is for two, comprising an open aspect kitchen with dining area, lounge and double bedroom area with separate bathroom.

Part of the Coach House, on the first floor, Kentmere offers double bedded accommodation.

Within the Manor House, Langdale is on the first floor with its own private terrace, it sleeps two in double bedded accommodation.

This apartment does indeed feel like a Lakeland hideaway, although part of the Manor House, the fact that it is close to the path to Ambleside gives the feeling of complete privacy. For three guests with dogs, or even two guests who prefer more room, everyone enjoys staying in Loughrigg.

Mardale is one of the apartments situated in the Garden House, which is a detached property of three apartments adjoining our lawns and gardens.

This is a delightful double bedded apartment for two, with its own private terrace. It is on the first floor of the Manor House and has extensive views across Ambleside, the gardens and also across to the fells.

A Lakeland hideaway, on the ground floor, to which dogs are welcome, The Nook is part of the Manor House, but with it’s own private entrance. It is situated near to the shingle path which leads down to Ambleside.

Ullswater is situated within the Manor House, on the first floor.
