Tastefully decorated in our usual very high standard, Gardenside has its own terrace with patio table and chairs, accessed from the large, beautiful and spacious lounge/dining room. There are three steps leading from the hall into the lounge. The well fitted kitchen is open plan and the whole apartment is superbly appointed, with feature windows giving views across our gardens and Stock Ghyll.
Although part of the Manor House, the entrance is separate and is accessed via a pebbled path, and then three steps into the Manor House. The designated parking area is nearby. This property is proving to be very popular, offering as it does a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Kirkstone Foot.
For guests wanting more spacious accommodation, this apartment for four can be used by two persons, if only using one bedroom, at the rate quoted for three (excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year). |

Midweek Break - commence your midweek break on a Monday and stay Thursday night free of charge.

We are now taking 2 night
short notice bookings at the weekend, subject to availability. Please
apply for the tariff. If you stay Friday and Saturday night only
you don't need to check out of your apartment until 2.00pm on the Sunday.
Breaks
incorporating Christmas Day & New Years Eve are based on a
minimum of 4 nights please apply for tariff.
All our units are fully
centrally heated having colour television, dvd,
video, radio and hairdryer. All bathrooms have
bath and shower. Each kitchen is fully equipped
and includes a dishwasher and deep-freeze. Towels
are changed on alternate days of your visit -
should you require additional changes these are
available at £3.00 per person per change.
A charge of £15.00 per person per day will
be made in respect of additional persons staying
in the apartment in excess of the number specified.
