Situated on a quiet terrace at the rear of the Manor House, Jasmine is a studio apartment in which we allow dogs. The accommodation is for two, comprising an open aspect kitchen with dining area, lounge and double bedroom area with separate bathroom. Access to the apartment is via a pebbled and paved path and down five steps through the garden area. There are two steps also by the front door. The bathroom has a step into it.

The décor and furnishings are modern thoughout and of our usual high standard. Jasmine apartment is one of our latest collection, it is a ground floor apartment with its own private entrance and is proving to be a popular, cost effective alternative to our larger apartments.

The peaceful outside sitting area, with patio table and chairs, is part of the larger patio of the Ghyllside apartment and is within earshot of the Ghyll below. The position is such that there is a degree of privacy along with the wonderful tree lined views of the gardens. For the tranquillity of a Lakeland setting in a smaller apartment, Jasmine is ideal.

Midweek Break - commence your midweek break on a Monday and stay Thursday night free of charge. (this offer is not available Christmas & New Year)

We are now taking 2 night short notice bookings at the weekend, subject to availability. Please apply for the tariff. If you stay Friday and Saturday night only you don't need to check out of your apartment until 2.00pm on the Sunday.

Breaks incorporating Christmas Day & New Years Eve are based on a
minimum of 4 nights please apply for tariff.

All our units are fully centrally heated having colour television, dvd, video, radio and hairdryer. All bathrooms have bath and shower. Each kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and deep-freeze. Towels are changed on alternate days of your visit - should you require additional changes these are available at £3.00 per person per change. A charge of £15.00 per person per day will be made in respect of additional persons staying in the apartment in excess of the number specified.
