Another one of our latest collection of apartments, Rowan, accommodation for two, is finished to the exceptionally high standard for which we have become renowned.
As part of the Manor House, Rowan has its own private entrance near the pebbled path leading down to Peggy Hill and Ambleside. There are five steps leading to the front door. All rooms are on the same level.
It is a very spacious ground floor apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished to our usual high standard, with a well fitted open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The double bedroom is attractive and comfortable, and the separate bathroom is light and modern.
The designated parking spot for this apartment is adjacent to the front step.
Although there is no patio, there is a bench outside where you can sit and enjoy the sun in the afternoon, or relax in the evening sunset. |

Midweek Break - commence your midweek break on a Monday and stay Thursday night free of charge.
(this offer is not available Christmas & New Year)
We are now taking 2 night
short notice bookings at the weekend, subject to availability. Please
apply for the tariff. If you stay Friday and Saturday night only
you don't need to check out of your apartment until 2.00pm on the Sunday.
Breaks
incorporating Christmas Day & New Years Eve are based on a
minimum of 4 nights please apply for tariff.
All our units are fully
centrally heated having colour television, dvd,
video, radio and hairdryer. All bathrooms have
bath and shower. Each kitchen is fully equipped
and includes a dishwasher and deep-freeze. Towels
are changed on alternate days of your visit -
should you require additional changes these are
available at £3.00 per person per change.
A charge of £15.00 per person per day will
be made in respect of additional persons staying
in the apartment in excess of the number specified.
