The Gables is a spacious apartment being one of four in a detached property on Old Lake Road which is conveniently located for the village of Ambleside and Lake Windermere

Access is by steps to the front door which leads you into the entrance hall where a boiler room/cloakroom is located along with a utility room with washer/dryer. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen area with views across to Loughrigg which leads you down a few steps into a comfortable lounge with two sofas, TV and DVD player

There are two spacious bedrooms, king size and twin both with en-suite shower rooms and the added bonus of a separate family bathroom

An additional Z bed can be hired too, please ask when making your booking if required

The property also enjoys an additional dining/sitting room with views to the spectacular Fairfield Horseshoe

The Gables also offers a small patio area with views across to Loughrigg along with a lockable bike store

Parking is a designated off road space and a further shared one

Midweek Break - commence your midweek break on a Monday and stay Thursday night free of charge. (this offer is not available Christmas & New Year)

We are now taking 2 night short notice bookings at the weekend subject to availability. Please apply for the tariff. If you stay Friday and Saturday night only you don't need to check out of your apartment until 2.00pm on the Sunday.

Breaks incorporating Christmas Day & New Years Eve are based on a minimum of 4 nights please apply for tariff.

All our units are fully centrally heated with TV DVD and hairdryer. All bathrooms have either bath with shower over or walk in shower. Each kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher microwave and fridge freezer.
